As soon as I walked in the door, I was met by smiling faces. The office staff was friendly and eager to assist me. I have been a patient of Dr Hartman for years. He is always glad to see me, and explains everything to me in a caring manner. I know he will be retiring in the future, and I will truly miss him. After Dr. Hartman finished his examination, I saw Julie who helped me with my new glasses. She is always so sweet, and helpful. I saw Jim when I came back in for my new lenses. He is always friendly and helpful. Going to the Garner Office of Johnson Optometric is kind of like going to see your neighbor for a chat.

Great first experience! Was able to make an appointment for the following week, staff was very helpful, and Dr. Sall was incredibly thorough! I really appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to explain things to me. So glad to have found this place!

I had a great first experience at Johnson Optometric! I was referred here by a couple different friends, and I’m glad I took their advice. I called on a Thursday morning and they were able to fit me in that very afternoon (even on a holiday week) because I needed to be seen before the end of the week. They were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The place has a very warm and inviting atmosphere, and they took their time to answer all of my questions. I had my 6 year old with me and all the staff were happy to have a little one along for the ride. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

The student internist (kearston) was excellent. Beautiful personality. Very professional. She answered all my questions. Very friendly. Dr. Hammond is my doctor. A mark of excellence and very professional. Very friendly . Conversating with him makes me feel special and important as we talked about my family, my job and other general matters. He’s the greatest! I also spoke with Jim. He’s very friendly. I knew his father. He comes from good stock. Office personnel were friendly. I was quite pleased with my visit.

Saw Dr. Sall today and she was fantastic. Very friendly, informative and just plain easy to be around. She answered all my questions and made my visit nice. The ladies at the front desk were also gave exceptional service, as did the lady that did my pre-exam !!! Last but not least, the lady who helped me pick my glasses was top notch. When picking out glasses it can be an awkward experience but she put me at ease and helped me with my decision. I highly recommend Johnson Optometric Associates!!!

Been seeing Dr Rick Heartman 4 years, I tell him every year he can”t retire till i die LOL. Everybody was nice and took good care of me. Thank u all so much.
