At Johnson Optometric, we accept most vision plans and most major medical insurances. Depending on your diagnoses, we may be able to file your visit with routine eye insurance or with medical insurance. Listed below are insurance providers we accept. If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please contact our eye doctor office and we will be glad to check into it.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and Care Credit.  You can apply for Care Credit (and receive approval) while in the office.

Occasionally, even with insurance providers that we accept, there are certain vision plans that we are not providers for. As always, if you have any questions, please call us and we would be glad to answer them.
