I have been a patient of Dr. Hammond’s since I relocated to NC in 2007. He and his staff go out of their way to ensure an awesome experience. They are always punctual, pleasant and thorough. I was using another optometrist for years, but their lab could not seem to get my glasses right. even after 3 failed attempts I became very discouraged. Decided to try Johnson Optometric. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and they were genuinely eager to do their best to provide me with excellent care. At this writing and due to the Covid 19 issues in our world I have to wait no more than 2 weeks for my new glasses. I’m looking forward to continued quality service.

My husband and I both had appointments with Dr. Hammond . The staff was very friendly and folllowing all safety rules for the Covid Virus; constanlty cleaning surfaces, etc. and wearing masks as well as their patients. Both of us had thorough yearly exams. We recommend this practice!!

I currently see Dr. Hammond in Garner and he and his staff provide excellent care. Julie, Jim and Victoria in the lab are like family and are also excellent. I couldn’t be more happy with the service that these professionals provide.

From the Desk to the Techs to the Doctors to the Opticians, everyone asks lots of questions and spend time to answer mine to make sure everything is just right. I so appreciate them keeping us safe and well cared for.

I have been going to Johnson Optometric for years and have always been pleased with the care and treatment I have received. Dr. May rocks–very knowledgeable, kind, and concerned. I never feel like I am being hurried through my visits. The office staff is very cordial. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I had an appointment and felt the office went to great lengths to keep everyone safe.
