We’ve been going to JOA for a few years now and we’ve been so happy there. Dr. Clinard is the best, I can’t remember if we’ve seen anyone else. My daughter and I go yearly and she’s always been so kind and answers all of our questions. I recommend her to everyone I know!

I started going to Johnson Optometric Associates as a young middle school child that needed glasses. From Dr. Johnson until he retired and I started seeing Dr. May, I have always had a positive visit. I had lasik surgery over 30 years ago. The surgery did well for years but as I have aged, it has become necessary to have contacts again. Over the last several yearly visits, Dr. May tested my eyes after they had been dilated, and once I got the trial contacts the vision wasn’t crisp. A second visit and re-exam with a tweaking of the prescription. without my eyes dilated my vision was different. Dr. May suggested when I come this year to test my eyes first, then do the dilation. We did that and I am waiting for the trial lens. I am sure this will be a one and done deal this time. I appreciate the time it took to do the exam backward, but it will save me another trip for re exam. I would recommend them to anyone. (My new husband as of February, 2021, started going when he arrived from Las Vegas).

As always very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to see Dr. may in April . But the best part I was able to see when i departed. Thanks for all you do.

My experience at my first visit was a refreshing change! Part of the reason I delay on getting care I need is that my standards of customer care don’t align with most office’s anymore and I find the process so stressful most places that I avoid taking care of important health matters. From my first phone call to my check out I felt heard and cared for. The process was seamless and I never had to wait for next steps! Dr. Martin was a pleasure to be treated by and he was very thorough and kind and never made me feel he had somewhere else to be. Dustin guided me through multiple tests with kindness and consideration for my concerns. The team at the front got me in within a week, knowing I was about to lose health insurance and were warm and professional in their interactions with patients! In case you all ever wonder if this matters to anyone; it does! Don’t change a thing! I see you all!! Thank you to all of Johnson Optometric Associates for an experience that reduced my level of stress today! You just can’t know what that meant to me at this difficult time. I’ll be back next year!!!

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Hoye in February and I went with him. I was so very glad I did because I then scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hoye and saw him on 3/22/24. It was our first time having an appointment with Dr. Hoye.at Johnson Optometric Associates in Fuquay Varina.

I can honestly say Dr. Hoye is such a professional caring eye doctor who didn’t rush thru anything and gave great advice regarding my dry eye problem and discussed other eye issues with me.
