Upon my second visit to the Garner location, I was amazed at how excellent and caring Dr. May and his staff are. They made me feel comfortable, and they asked all the questions that I had.

The assistant, Amy, was like a breath of fresh air. She was friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I enjoy coming to this location. I would recommend this establishment.

Entire staff were professional and compassionate. Dr. Martin explained every step of the exam and then repeated his findings so that I understood the results before I left.

After seeing Dr. Hammond several times annually for a number of years, I was a bit concerned about changing to the new Doctor. I’ve now been seen twice by Dr. Clinard, and she has allayed all my concerns! She is very thorough, answers all my questions, and probes various visual matters with me. I look forward to all future visits with my/our “new Doc”!

I had a wonderful annual eye exam visit with Dr. May on yesterday. This was my first visit with him since Dr. Hammond retired. Dr. May and the staff in the Fuuay-Varina were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Dr. May for the time and concern you had with me. The office is very clean and everyone were very accommodating. They also have a very nice selection of frames.

First appointment, had a procedure done without advance knowledge this would happen and cost extra. There is no working email that I can find and the patient portal flat doesn’t work
