I have been going to Johnson Optometric for many years. I have received excellent service from the front staff to the doctors! I saw Dr. May today. I have seen Dr. Martin and Dr. Johnson as well before. All of them have given excellent service. Their office goes above and beyond! I would highly recommend them for any eye care need!

My family, including my dad, have come to Johnson Optometric for our eye care for 15 years. The entire staff is always helpful, patient, & friendly. Dr. Hammond is always personable and conducts a calm and thorough exam, explaining things along the way. Even my dad, a Michigan Wolverine, thought Dr. Hammond, an Ohio State Buckeye, was the best eye doctor he’d seen in his 90+ years.

Dr. Hammond and his staff once again did an outstanding job. While he is thorough and professional, he is also very personal and clear in his explanations of the entire process. Jasmine was a great start to the process and Cindy helped guide me through the selection process for new glasses. When faced with a large selection of styles I was overwhelmed. Fortunately, she explained my options narrowed the search and helped me select what I thought was a great choice in frames.

If you want professional, personal service then go see the good doctor and his staff!

Excellent in every aspect except I had to wait over 30 minutes for Dr.to get to me after the initial work up, and another 20 minutes after dilation. TOO LONG!

The eye exams are always very thorough done with the latest technology. The staff of the entire operation is courteous, thorough and helpful. The optician spends as much time as necessary to help you select the frames that suit you best. And, when your lenses are ready for use, you can bet that you will see 100% better than you ever have.

I usually go to the Fuquay Varina office, but recently wen to Garner. Both offices have great staffs. Never been unhappy with the service in the 10 years or more that i have been going there. Dr. Hammond is the best and I always feel that once the exam is over i will get the correct RX for my eyes. Would no consider going anywhere else.

The staff is pleasant and friendly, doctors are patient and informative, and the office is nice, new, and clean. But I am probably biased since I have been coming here since 1982. It is much nicer than the old office on Depot Street.

The office staff are friendly, professional and courteous. I never have to wait for very long at any stage of the visit. They are careful to inform me of each aspect of the visit. Each person who saw me was efficient, totally competent, yet they made me feel relaxed. It is obvious that I am in the best of hands. Dr. Martin explains the medical aspects in a way that makes everything easy to understand and to make good decisions. In the last few weeks, I have needed Dr. Martin’s help for a couple of things: infection in one eye and routine eye exam. Thanks to Dr. Martin and his staff, the problem is gone and my routine exam was a piece of cake. Although Johnson Optometrics has been around for a long time, doing excellent work, I am a fairly new patient because I live so far from the office. I wish I had come on board years ago because they are really worth my drive from North Raleigh.

This was my first time going to Johnson Optometric, the reception and waiting area was beautifully decorated, I instantly felt comfortable. My wait time was short, the staff delightful and very knowledgeable.

Dr. May and assistant made you feel welcomed and my exam checked everything out and I was sure my eyes and sight was in great shape and no signs of problems ahead..

I ordered my glasses, which was so easy and efficiently handled by staff, I got everything I needed and at a reasonable cost.

My daughter will be going in for her first visit very soon.

I definitely recommend this office.
