It is incredibly nice to call the JOA office and talk with a real, personable and professional human being as a new patient. I called for an appointment 4 business days prior to today and got an appointment scheduled very quickly. I also like being able to grab a copy of the new patient forms off their web site and fill them at my leisure before walking into the office. Once I arrived this morning, I only had to wait about 3 minutes before I was called. The initial work-up was quick and the steps and equipment was clearly explained to me. I then went to the room for some more questions and initial testing which was also quick but thorough. The nurse left and the doctor (Dr Martin) came in to complete my eye exam and he clearly described what he found, and then discussed my options. I’m now waiting for my new reading glasses to come in, but I can assure everyone reading this review that I now have a new eye doctor. Thank you Dr Martin and staff of JOA.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Martin at Johnson Optometric Associates. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and spent all the time needed. Beyond Dr. Martin, the whole staff there was excellent and went above and beyond providing the best service I have ever had at an Optometric office (and I have had good service in the past at other offices). Great service and care!

I can not say enough good things about this office…The staff is friendly, informative, and makes you feel right at ease and home. Dr. J is the absolute best. My first visit with Dr. Hartman and it was a pleasure to meet him. He was very professional as well as caring and friendly. He really tried to help m with my eye problem. I will definitely return and will recommend him to others. He showed genuine concern and desire to assist me throughout my examination. I have genuine confidence in his abilities as a doctor. Look forward to seeing him again in the future.

Second time visiting this eye care office. Everyone is so nice and helpful the whole time you are there. The best part is they don\’t pressure you into getting glasses if you don\’t want them. When you arrive they get you in and out in a timely manner. This my new eye care office. Great job to everyone.

Staff was helpful, courteous and efficient. As usual, Dr Hammond was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Had my annual checkup with Dr. Hammond and I can’t express enough how pleased I am with the service received. He spent a significant amount of time checking my eyes since they have changed a significantly from my last check.

The reception staff is friendly & efficient, the wait for the doctor is never very long, the optometric assistants are very professional & courteous & Dr Martin is simply great. I rarely ask question because he answers them all before I have chance. All the Johnson staff are professional & friendly. The best eye doctor I’ve ever had.

Dr Martin & the staff at Johnson Optometric are the BEST!!! We never wait long, which is unusual for a doctor in any field. Dr Martin listens & answers every question I have. I always leave Dr Martin so much more assured that my eyes are okay than when I arrive. I needed new glasses this time & the staff helping select a pair right for me were so pleasant & helpful. Even the reception & cashier staff are warm & friendly. I’ve worn glasses for over sixty years & never felt more at home with my eye doctor than I do with Dr Martin.
