Complete care from everyone on staff!

I usually go to the Fuquay Varina office, but recently wen to Garner. Both offices have great staffs. Never been unhappy with the service in the 10 years or more that i have been going there. Dr. Hammond is the best and I always feel that once the exam is over i will get the correct RX for my eyes. Would no consider going anywhere else.

The staff is pleasant and friendly, doctors are patient and informative, and the office is nice, new, and clean. But I am probably biased since I have been coming here since 1982. It is much nicer than the old office on Depot Street.

The office staff are friendly, professional and courteous. I never have to wait for very long at any stage of the visit. They are careful to inform me of each aspect of the visit. Each person who saw me was efficient, totally competent, yet they made me feel relaxed. It is obvious that I am in the best of hands. Dr. Martin explains the medical aspects in a way that makes everything easy to understand and to make good decisions. In the last few weeks, I have needed Dr. Martin’s help for a couple of things: infection in one eye and routine eye exam. Thanks to Dr. Martin and his staff, the problem is gone and my routine exam was a piece of cake. Although Johnson Optometrics has been around for a long time, doing excellent work, I am a fairly new patient because I live so far from the office. I wish I had come on board years ago because they are really worth my drive from North Raleigh.

This was my first time going to Johnson Optometric, the reception and waiting area was beautifully decorated, I instantly felt comfortable. My wait time was short, the staff delightful and very knowledgeable.

Dr. May and assistant made you feel welcomed and my exam checked everything out and I was sure my eyes and sight was in great shape and no signs of problems ahead..

I ordered my glasses, which was so easy and efficiently handled by staff, I got everything I needed and at a reasonable cost.

My daughter will be going in for her first visit very soon.

I definitely recommend this office.

Yes, I’m one of the guilty ones that waits 4 years in between eye exam but a good friend of mine referred me to Johnson Eye and I thank her for that!! Dr. Martin was terrific in explaining everything that is happening with my eyes and Julie and I had a great time picking out a couple of pairs of eclectic frames that will brighten up my day !!! Thank you all.

I had not had my vision checked in about 4 years and I knew I needed new glasses. It was a bad day for me when I went for my appointment but everyone was so friendly and helpful that it eased my discomfort. I was about to the point that I felt like leaving before everything was completed. I am so thankful that all the personnel were patient with me and that I stayed. I now have new glasses for everyday use as well as reading glasses which I needed very badly. It had gotten so bad that reading just a few pages or using a Kindle for a short time made my eyes sting so that I could not enjoy either activity. Now I am back to reading and enjoying it. Thanks to all the good folks at Johnson!

My visit today in the Fuquay office was great. The office staff is very friendly, helpful and will answer questions professionally. I have an eye “problem” that is ongoing and I am not young. Dr. Martin was most helpful and took a lot of time to listen to my questions and concerns. He answered all questions in a way I could understand. It is a wonderful experience when the doctor is not in a rush to get finished with the appointment. I appreciate that very much. I recommend this office and doctor to anyone looking for eye care.
