I had a wonderful experience considering my situation with a broken pair of glasses. I was able to schedule my emergency same day thanks to Kara at the front desk, once I got there Dr.Barret was super awesome patient friendly and helped me feel comfortable. I was then brought out to the frame show room to meet Cindy and she was just as pleasant and helpful despite juggling multiple Customers at the same time. END Result I was out wearing my new NOT broken glasses!!!! Couldn’t have been more estatic. Would recommend anyone new or if someone hasn’t been in a while the staff is excellent .

Prices of the lenses and frames are too high!! Otherwise I. Think that the exam went very well. Good job!,

Had my annual check up with Dr. Hartman, and as usual it was a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Staff is always friendly and professional. I have been a satisfied customer for over twenty five years.

I’ve been coming to Johnson Optometric for about ten years now and they have provided excellent care. Today’s visit was a normal checkup but I also had a couple extra questions to have checked. Dr. Hammond and the staff spent the extra time to thoroughly go over my concerns and tell me what I needed to know.

Staff assisting with eye exam & Mr. Hammond were wonderful. However, when checking out young lady at front desk while checking me out took a personal call. I would sucess checkout be as attentive to their customers as the rest of your staff.
