The staff was attentive and friendly. I felt the exam was thorough. The blood pressure reading was unusual for me and as such I would have appreciated a second attempt.

Dr. Johnson was very pleasant and spent ample time with my evaluation without any sense of a rush. The scheduling of a follow-up was extremely simple and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Excellent service at the Garner office. Dr. May was thorough and patient with the exam and in responding to questions. Professional and helpful staff at desk. Terri was wonderful at putting me at ease with the eye measurements and concerns I had.

My recent visit, as usual, was handled with the professional care I have experienced with the many years of having Dr. Hartman as my optometrist. My wife and I both had our eyes exam on the 23rd of March .It was the best and most comprehensive eye exam we have ever had, We would both recommend this facility ..Excellent care and service friendly.

All of my visits over the many years I have gone to the Garner office have been excellent. My eye exams are always done in a professinal caring manner. Dr. Hartman and staff always demonstrate competence in their area of discipline. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He always gives me choices and options that puts me in the position to consider my finances. He is sensitive to my being and has never shown ant form of prejudice. The whole office is equally kind, professional and considerate. I get the sense that they are a true Christian community that really care for the well being of every person they serve. One of the Doctors in the absence of Dr. Hartman allowed me to take home several CD’s from which the office played over their office system. I returned them as asked, but I was overjoyed with the trust he had in me. I will forever be greatful for this practice which also serves my wife and three children since the early 90’s. Kudos Team!
