Dr. Martin FANTASTIC

My husband and I both had appointments with Dr. Martin today and had the best eye exam and experience we have ever had. His personality and on point eye exam is one in a million. I have diabetes and high blood pressure and he took so much time making sure every question I had was answered. He is such a wonderful Doctor. Thanks Dr. Martin

My wife and I had our first appointment on 3/17/15 and came away very impressed and glad that we chose JOA. The staff was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Dr. Barrett Martin was thorough and explained every step of the eye exam to us. Staci was very helpful in picking out frames and gave us some great suggestions. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Johnson Optometric to anyone!

Dr. Hartman and his associates were prompt, polite and very competent. The whole exam was a pleasant and enlightening experience. Rick took his time to explain all the facets of my eye issues and the technicians were skilled and a joy to meet. Once again, it was a job well done! I could not be more pleased with the service and skill level of this team.

I had an early appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was flustered because the computers were down, almost in a panic. I found myself trying to get her to settle down. The computers worked in a short amount of time.

I was a little surprised to see the technician chewing gum. Being in healthcare, and previously business, I have always thought that to be unprofessional. But she was competent, kind and efficient.

My appointment with Dr. May was efficient, without any wait time – – benefit of having an 8:00a.m. appointment. The doctor answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

I highly recommend this office. I continued to go there in Garner even though I have moved to the far side of Raleigh, near Cary.

I’ve moved to upstate N.Y. to care for my elderly mother, but refuse to get another Optometrists in N.Y. I have high regards for Dr. Hartman who has been “maintaining” my eyesight for quite a few years.
He is very thorough and explains every thing in detail and simple layman terms. I had the honor of meeting Molly, Dr. Hartman’s intern, who gave me a thorough exam and made me feel very comfortable the entire visit. (I wish her much happiness with her new son-to-be). Also, my husband, Dion, is very impressed with Dr. Hartman. Thank you so much for giving us your up most care and attention.

As always, this was a great experience. Dr. Martin and his nurse were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to be around. I felt at ease every step of the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Martin to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

I just left the Fuquay office to pick up lenses and signed in at 10:59 AM . There was no other person in the waiting area when I was there nor were there customers picking up lenses or glasses and I assumed I would be in and out. A young lady whom had greeted my wife and I on a previous visit, came from the back room came out and glanced but was apparently getting some frames or the like and went about her business.
I sat from 10:59 to 11:13 and no one acknowledge my presence at all. Some staff went from one side of the business to the back room of the glass and lenses area and from the back and had to at least see I was sitting there but no acknowledgement was made. Rather than get up and make comment after this time as I was somewhat irritated I left.
I could not believe no one would at least check the sign in sheet after this period of time or no one who had to see me at least ask or acknowledge I was there.

I one last piece of business there and that is to pick up my wife’s glasses when they are ready, after which I will take all my business elsewhere.
