I have been going to Dr. Hammond for several years and will continue going to see him, he is very polite and professional , I would and have recommended him and this office to several people.

I just left the Fuquay office to pick up lenses and signed in at 10:59 AM . There was no other person in the waiting area when I was there nor were there customers picking up lenses or glasses and I assumed I would be in and out. A young lady whom had greeted my wife and I on a previous visit, came from the back room came out and glanced but was apparently getting some frames or the like and went about her business.
I sat from 10:59 to 11:13 and no one acknowledge my presence at all. Some staff went from one side of the business to the back room of the glass and lenses area and from the back and had to at least see I was sitting there but no acknowledgement was made. Rather than get up and make comment after this time as I was somewhat irritated I left.
I could not believe no one would at least check the sign in sheet after this period of time or no one who had to see me at least ask or acknowledge I was there.

I one last piece of business there and that is to pick up my wife’s glasses when they are ready, after which I will take all my business elsewhere.

I can’t recommend Johnson optometric enough! Great staff and very proffessional service. They answered all my questions and more.

I really enjoyed the service I received from both Dr. May and his intern/assistant. I was a bit discouraged by the customer service on the phone, but on the day of my visit I had no complaints. 🙂

Dr.hartman is the best eye dr ever and he is great with kids my family could imagine going any where else

Every visit with Johnson Optometric has been great!!! The staff greets you as soon as you walk in. This is definitely wonderful service. Acknowledgement is most important to me. Doctor Hammond is an awesome doctor. He greets you with a smile when you get in and also when he leaves the room. He is very patient and I will continue to visit the office.

I have been going to Dr. Hartman for many years. He is the best eye doctor in the world. He knows his stuff. I trust him with my eyes more over anyone. He is very caring.

Dr. May is an excellent eye doctor. He has done a great job examining my eyes for years and has helped me have excellent vision. He also does a good job explaining future options for seeing better. I highly recommending him.

I had my first visit at Johnson’s Eye Associates on Dec. 16. I chose this facility based on the ads that I have seen about the company and BBB rating. I love Dr. Hartman. He was so thorough and explained what was being done during the entire eye exam process. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. I am so glad I found an eye care facility that I feel comfortable with and not dreading the eye examination.
