This entire office from Dr. Hartman, to the staff are kind, caring and extremely professional.

Today I visited the Garner office for a regular, scheduled examination.
Several different staff members and Dr. May were very professional and courteous.

I have gone to one of the largest ophthalmologist for years and oversaw the vision safety glass program fir a couple of corporations in the past. I have an astigmatism which has caused me problems all my life but only understood the basics. I began to go to Dr. Martin last year after my previous doctor retired and I have to have a retinal scan each year. He explained more to me in our first meeting than I had ever been told. Being an engineer this information allows ne to understand the mechanics of my eyesight and helps me better approach my eyecare. I can’t say enough good about them!

We have both been patients of Dr, Hammond for over 10 years and seen him on a yearly basis. Dr. Hammond & the rest of the staff at Johnson Optometric Associates have been a shining star with regards to our eye care needs over this period. Over the years we have received detailed attention to our specific eye concerns as well as assistance with our eye care needs whether it be glasses, meds, or even the simple questions asked. Thanks to all of you for your care over the years and hopefully for the many upcoming years ahead of us.

Love the staff at Johnson Optometric in Fuquay. I never have a problem scheduling an appointment and Dr Hartman is always on time and always very thorough. He also explains things in layman’s terms. Two years ago I experienced double vision and they saw me the day I called and got an appointment with a neuro immediately. They care about the whole person. I would not go anywhere else! The administrative staff is friendly and caring. I appreciate it so much! Try this practice for your vision needs – you will not be disappointed!

Dr. May has been one of the best eye doctor I have ever gone too! He is patient and listens to every thing I say, and takes his time with me! Today not many doctors take good care of patients and really show that he really cares about me. He explains to me so I can understand clearly what he is explaining! I travel from Wilmington NC to Garner NC because that’s how much I trust him with my eyes!
