I had an annual visit at Johnson Optometric associates, June 20th, 2017 at 8:00 AM. Beth is at the front desk and greets a patient as well as myself with a smile.. She is a ray of sunshine. She has always been a pleasant positive person in the office. Dr. Maye is a wonderful, knowledgeable optometrist, who has always maintain the up most professionalism. He is kind and he explains clearly what condition your eyes are in. The lady that checks you out is also pleasant and has a nice smile too. She explains to me what my vision insurance paid for on this day. Now that’s a plus. My annual visits are always great visits.

My first visit to the Fuquay office. Jessica and Dr. May were both friendly as well as professional. All the staff were helpful when I chose my frames and lenses style. My insurance was new this time and they took time to explain how it works. So I will come back for sunglasses same time next year if not sooner! 🙂 The front desk staff was also friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend the Fuquay JOA to others.

Great eye exam experience with Dr. Martin.

Quick and efficient, really care about the patients. They are helpful and courteous every time!

I went in for my annual eye exam yesterday with Dr. May. My vision is a little bit complex but he was able to fit me, some years back, with multifocal toric bifocal lenses . I decided to get new glasses yesterday and use my insurance through VSP so I save a lot. My daughter and son also go here and Dr. May is so good with kids and very calm and patient. My son just recently went and had to get glasses for the first time. The Optical staff treated him great and were so patient and helpful. My husband had a bursted blood vessel in his eye week before last and we were concerned about it. I called that Friday morning and they were able to get him in with Dr. Martin to have it checked out. It is great to have such awesome doctors take such good care of our entire family!

After you get your glasses you can expect more bills for the next several months. And when I talked to the manager about the ongoing bills and this was almost twice what it would cost most other places, and if she didn’t help me out with this I would be going elsewhere for our glasses. That was OK with her, so we did. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and go elsewhere.
