When I made the appointment and when I arrived I stated that the only thing I wanted was an eye examination in order to get a prescription for new contacts and glasses. Again, when I heard the doctor say to his assistant “we will do this test” I interjected no, we will not. I just want a prescription so I can order the new products. I thought I was abundantly clear. Imagine my surprise when I was still charged for more than the examination!! I was charged for a contact examination when I had stated I was going to order new ones! Every time I was asked about an addition, I declined, apparently that wasn’t enough I left the office feeling ripped off and brushed off (the doctor, who was very late, ran out of the office before I had a chance to ask questions). Very disappointed in an office that places Bibles in several places and proclaim to be Christian. I may well choose another office next year.

Had a problem with my eye, saw Dr. Hammond, took good care of me, found out I had a vitreous hemorrhage and had to be referred to a retina specialist. His office was great, did all the tests, and set me up for that same afternoon with the specialist. Thanks for all your kind care.

Appt with Dr Martin today and he was very professional and explained everything to me during the exam. Staff was very friendly. Will be back for my annual exam next year.

I had my yearly eye exam with Dr. Hammond in February. Dr. Hammond has been my Optometrist for several years. He is the best Optometrist or Ophthalmologist I have ever seen. Thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring are a few adjectives which describe him. He does not hesitate to refer when services not provided by his office are needed. In addition to the above,, Dr. Hammond is backed by a professional, friendly and efficient office.

This was my first time being seen here. It was an awesome experience. The staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Martin was extremely nice and answered all my questions that I had. I will be going back!

Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful at this location. I had questions that were answered in depth with my technician and my interaction with front office is always wonderful. Of course Dr. Martin is awesome and he makes eye health not scary. I look forward (ha!) to my next exam. 🙂
