This was my first visit to Johnson’s and the staff and Dr. Martin were very down-to-earth, caring individuals. They made me feel at home and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Hartman always takes his time and is very thorough. Staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend the practice .

I had a 10:00 appointment this morning. I arrived at 9:45 am. I did not see the doctor until 11:25 am. I understand that the doctor had some issues related to his email account and that set him behind. I did not begin my exam with the assistant until after 10:30 am.

Dr. Hammond did not rush my appointment and gave me a through exam. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I left. I just think that if I had an appointment at 10:00 and I was not addressed by 10:15 someone should have came out and talked to me. I had to ask the reception if I might have been overlooked since I saw patents that came in after me call before me. She did check immediately and let me know that someone would be with me shortly.

I just arrived home from my first visit to Johnson Optometrics Associates. My husband and I recently moved to Fuquay from Long Island New York. We’ve been looking for new doctors, dentists etc. I was so impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and Dr. Martin. Everyone was friendly, courteous,kind and very helpful.The office is lovely and my experience was excellent!

We moved from NJ to NC recently and needed a new optometrist. Our new primary physician physician recommended Johnson Optometric as the best around. I have Parkinson’s disease & night blindness & floaters & a thousands questions and was skeptical about fining a good optometrist quickly. But Dr Martin put me at ease immediately and answered all my question in lay-language so I understand my conditions now better than I ever have. I would recommend Dr Martin to anyone. The staff was also very polite & attentive & the office is bright roomy & inviting. Finding Dr Martin was a huge relief.

Changing doctors is never an experience I look forward too. I had been with my previous optometrist for 35 years, but a move from NJ to NC dictated a change. Dr Martin made that change a pleasant experience & in one visit he is already all time favorite optometrist. When customer service is lacking in today’s world Johnson Optometric continues to go above and beyond to provide great customer service from answering phone calls to seeing the dr. Dr. May is very kind and patient!
