Had my visit with Dr.Martin today and was a great experience from first contact, scheduling department ,to front desk, the assistant was great and very professional and Dr.Martin is very kind caring and informative.
I did not wait long and everyone was friendly and worked as a team.

Had my yearly eye exam today and this place is awesome. Very friendly staff and of course Dr. Martin is a great guy to check your eyes out. Enjoy going here and will be a patient for a long time. Have great glasses selection but do not need to get those anymore!

Thank you all for being so kind and helpful. Receptionist was able to set my husband and me for appointments in just a few days. Dr. Martin is THE BEST! Such a kind Christian man. Checkup was very thorough I will highly recommend to all friends.

When I called, they made room for me in an already tight schedule. They deserve five stars for that alone. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was almost completely filled and I assumed I would have a long wait. That was not the case. Everyone was pleasant, respectful and prompt. They do not waste your time. They also look out for their customers. I do not usually give reviews. The service was so amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye care provider

Dr. May and his staff are so helpful and understanding. They go far out of their way to understand your issues and try to solve your problems while being VERY HELPFUL AND POSITIVE!!!

It\’s nice to truly have someone wanting to help and take their time and not rushing you in and out!!!

I am new to the area and my co-workers told me about Dr. May. It was a great experience. From the moment I called to make my appointment up to me leaving after my appointment I felt welcome. The staff is great, friendly and has a great sense of humor! The location is easy to find and has lots of parking. The facility is beautiful and inviting and I felt very “kardashian” 🙂 while waiting to be seen. During my fitting I overheard one of the staff assisting a teenager with her contact try on session and her patience and kindness made me smile! Thank you for a great experience!

My wife had dementia, so we were seen as a “team.” Everyone we came in contact with was caring and polite. I would especially like to commend “Chastity” as the patience she displayed as she went through the procedures with my wife made this a very pleasant experience for her. Dr Hammond was his usual thorough, professional self.

The office staff at check in and check out was on top of everything.

Highly recommend this office and its staff.

My wife and I have been patronizing the Fuquay office for about 20 years. We have complete confidence in Dr. Hammond and his staff. He communicates with our ophthalmologist when necessary, and referred me to a neurologist when I had a new, questionable condition last year.
