I have been a patient of Dr Hammonds for years. Dr Hammond is very professional and takes his time explaining things. He is a great doctor. I enjoy going to Johnson’s Optometric in Fuquay-Varina.

I have also been seen by Dr Martin, he is a super doctor as well.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Martin was very informative and made me feel at ease. I would gladly recommend him to other.

My parents started taking me, my brother and sister to Johnson Optometric many many years ago. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hammond since I was a child and every time I visit, the staff is very prompt and friendly. Dr. Hammond is always thorough with my exams and takes more than enough time to talk with me about any concerns I have to make sure my vision, contacts and glasses are not giving me any issues. I have a child now, and cannot wait for her to be under Dr. Hammond’s care for all of her visual needs. I would absolutely recommend this office to friends and family!

Dr. May and the office staff were very kind and patient with me during my visit today. I was looking for a new optometrist in the area as I did not like our former optometrist and came across Johnson Optometric Associates yesterday while doing a Google/Facebook review search. They were able to schedule a next-day appointment (can you say quick?!), I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen, and I was out of there by 10:40 without feeling rushed or just like another number in a production line waiting to be seen. Dr. May was very polite, provided a detailed review of my eye health (including an explanation of the photographs of the back of my eyes), and even thanked me for my business. I cannot tell you the last time I had a doctor of any sort thank me for choosing their practice! Will be coming here for my annual eye exam from now on!

My eye doctor transferred out of state. The last two years, I have tried two other eye doctors. People that I work with gave me this referral. I was pleasantly surprised from booking the appointment, being helped in the reception area, having my thorough exam, and being helped to purchase contacts. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I did not wait more than five minutes to be seen. All information was thoroughly explained to me and it was much cheaper than the last place I visited. Will be moving to this practice permanently and have my husband change, as well! The office is very clean and tastefully decorated…plus I got a free pair of NICE sunglasses. Thank you for fitting me in so quickly and giving me superior service!

This was my first visit and I wasn\’t disappointed! The staff at the Garner office was warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient! My eye exam was very thorough and the doctor was great at explaining my results and welcomed any questions I had. I also loved that I was seen at my appointment time with no waiting as often happens at other offices. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs!
